Building electrical is work you only notice when it fails. Done properly it should be invisible for twenty years: conductors sized correctly, circuits split sensibly, terminations tight, and an earthing system that genuinely works. I wire new builds, strip out and replace the electrics in older buildings, and diagnose and repair faults on existing circuits.
Scope of work
- Complete first and second fix wiring for new residential, retail and office builds
- Full rewires of older buildings, including strip-out and making good
- Concealed and surface conduit, trunking and cable management
- Consumer units, lighting circuits and socket circuits
- Earthing systems and protective bonding
- Instrument-led fault finding: short circuits, earth leakage, voltage drop
- Switch, socket, RCD and MCB installation and replacement
- Interior lighting plus facade and grounds lighting
- Supplies to plant rooms, water pumps, lifts and fixed equipment
- Emergency callouts and power restoration
Standards and equipment
- 01 Built to Chapter 13 of the Iranian National Building Regulations for electrical installations
- 02 Cable and accessories carrying Iranian national standard approval
- 03 30 mA RCD protection on socket circuits and wet areas
- 04 Insulation resistance and earth electrode resistance measured and recorded before handover
- 05 Single-line diagram and circuit schedule handed to the client
- 06 Standard conductor colour coding throughout: line, neutral and earth
Circuits split properly
Lighting, sockets, kitchen, cooling and heavy appliances each get their own circuit and their own protection. One fault no longer darkens the whole house, and finding it later takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
Earthing, not just a green wire
An earth pit is installed, its resistance is measured, and the number is handed to you. Metal pipework and structural steel are bonded. This is the difference between real protection and the appearance of it.
The job is left clean
Chases are filled, waste is removed, and accessories go on level. Every circuit in the board is numbered and labelled. Years later, any electrician who opens that board can read it.
What drives the cost
There is no fixed price on this page, because without seeing the site any number is a guess. These are the things that set the estimate:
- Floor area, number of storeys, and whether the building is empty or occupied
- Number of electrical points, counting every socket, switch and light as one
- Concealed versus surface containment, and how hard the existing substrate is to chase
- The grade of cable and accessories you choose
- Whether a new earth pit is needed or an existing earth can be used
This service covers Gurab Zarmikh, Soumeh Sara, Tulam Shahr, Ziabar, Marjaghal, Kasma, Hendekhaleh, Taher Gurab, Nargestan, Gurabpas and the surrounding villages.
Frequently asked
My power keeps tripping. What is wrong?
Repeated tripping usually comes from one of three things: an overloaded circuit, earth leakage from damp or damaged insulation, or a short circuit inside an appliance. An RCD tripping means leakage, and it should be taken seriously: that device exists precisely to stop an electrocution, and it must never be bypassed. A clamp meter and insulation tester will show which circuit the leakage is on.
